KSR will be at Bearno's Pizza for the annual Kentucky-Louisville pep rally on Tuesday

It feels weird talking about the Kentucky–Louisville basketball game in the second week of the season, but it’s here. The rivalry that usually caps off December has crashed the opening stretch of the year, and there’s no easing into the best rivalry in the sport. The Cats and Cards are going head-to-head with bragging rights on the line before Thanksgiving and before the Governor’s Cup in football. Like it or not, it’s in front of us, and KSR’s morning radio show made adjustments, too.

On Tuesday, you can find KSR at Bearno’s Pizza in New Albany, Indiana, for the annual show before the Battle of the Bluegrass. Like the game, KSR’s Bearno’s show was a Christmas tradition for many years, but the schedule changed things in 2025-26.

So, join KSR and Big Blue Nation at Bearno’s, located at 3002 Charlestown Crossing, on game day morning. It’s the annual takeover on the Cards’ own turf, and we expect this year will be no different before Mark Pope coaches his first road game in the rivalry.
