Kentucky men’s basketball ran the preseason number one team right out of Rupp Arena last Friday. The KSR crew is here to help explain how it all happened.

For this week’s episode of Zoom Action, Brandon Ramsey and I dove into the film room to see what stood out from the Wildcats’ 78-65 exhibition win over No. 1 Purdue. We touched on four different topics: the bigs clearing out space, Mo Dioubate being a bully, Kentucky’s defense making life difficult, and Jasper Johnson‘s scoring potential. Knowing it was only a preseason game that won’t count in the record book, we tried to be a bit hot-takey-er than usual with what we had to say.

Dive into the video below to see what plays from Friday’s win stood out. Kentucky will be back in action on Thursday night against Georgetown (7:00 p.m. ET | SEC Network+) in the final exhibition game before next week’s season-opener against Nicholls.
