KSR's Kentucky High School Basketball Top 25 rankings - Dec. 5

Week 1 of the high school basketball season is in the books. Warren Central and George Rogers Clark continue to share the state’s top overall spot. Mason County and DeSales both moved into the Top 25 with big wins over Huntington Prep (WV) and Lyon County, respectively. Some of the more notable results from across the state to open the season included North Laurel beating Lexington Catholic 77-65 in a top-10 showdown and Covington Catholic knocking off Great Crossing 75-60.
