Devin Booker has had a pretty good month. He’s shown flashes of brilliance throughout the season, but since the beginning of March, Booker has resembled some of the league’s best two-guards – averaging 22.5 points and 5 assists throughout the period.

Not bad for a 19 year old.

Needless to say, people are starting to take notice of Devin’s performance. Broderick Turner of the LA Times wrote a column on Devin’s “mad, mad March” this morning and called him on of the NBA’s best first year players.

Despite being on the heels of a hot streak, Devin knows the importance of staying consistent.

I’m still trying to figure it out, honestly,” Booker said. “That’s one thing about the NBA, it’s about consistency. I know there have been a lot of rookies that have been in this league and had a good first year and the next years you never hear about them again.

With Towns likely to win rookie of the year and Lyles shaping up to be a solid role player, this class looks like it could be Calipari’s best since Wall/Cousins/ and Bledsoe.

Clearly, the NBA is going to pretty UK-centric for years to come. Enjoy it, folks.
