Local blues band to play tailgate concert Saturday

screen-shot-2016-09-13-at-4-54-22-pm UK has announced its pregame concert lineup for the remaining home games this season and fans this week will be treated to the blues by the Mojo Tones. The band is an electrical blues group based in Lexington featuring the talents of Mike Joyner, Billy Compton, Joe Conkwright and Lexington firefighter Gerald Evans. The rest of the pregame concert schedule is as follows:

Sept. 24, vs. South Carolina -- J.D. Shelburne Oct. 8, vs. Vanderbilt -- The Lauren Mink Band Oct. 22, vs. Mississippi State -- The Bobby Perry Band Nov. 5, vs. Georgia -- Halfway to Hazard Nov. 19, vs. Austin Peay -- The Wooks
