Lonnie Walker continues to gain interest from UK

After another impressive showing at the Fab 48 event in Las Vegas, shooting guard Lonnie Walker is quickly rising on UK's top priority list. The class of 2017 guard, who's currently ranked 21st overall, is only one of three shooting guards to have an offer from Kentucky. The other two guards are Hamidou Diallo (#1 SG, 8th overall) and Gary Trent Jr. (#2 SG, 11th overall).
Following Lonnie's performance at the Peach Jam, (averaging 16.4 points, 6.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists) it appears that Calipari has slowed the pursuit of Trent Jr. in favor of Walker. As it stands, the defending national champs and hometown Villanova leads his list of offers.
When the current evaluation period ends, it'll likely bring a few changes within the rankings, especially considering Lonnie Walker's improvements.
