It’s finally beginning to really feel like football season. Week zero kicked off over the weekend and now we’re just six days away from Kentucky’s season-opener against UL Monroe. With Mark Stoops call-in show making its return on Monday, it’ll officially be football week in the bluegrass.

UK Athletics recently announced that the Kentucky Football head coach’s call-in show will make its return for the 2021 season on Monday, Aug. 30. It will air live from 6-7 p.m. EST on the UK Sports Network and is hosted by the voice of the Wildcats, Tom Leach. Fans can call the show at 1-800-606-GAME (4263) or 859-280-2287 (CATS), or ask questions via Twitter at @UKSportsNetwork.

The show is broadcast in Lexington on 630 WLAP, online at UKAthletics.com, and statewide on UK Sports Network radio affiliates. A video live stream will be provided on UKAthletics.com and the official Kentucky Football Facebook page.

Following the call-in show, the next hour will be filled by Darren Headrick from 7-8 p.m. EST on the UK Sports Network. That time will be filled with insight and analysis from Kentucky personalities, coaches, and players. Each week will also include a guest appearance–Monday’s edition will roll the ball out with athletic director Mitch Barnhart.
