WATCH: Mark Stoops speaks for final time before Youngstown State matchup
The time for talking is over. It’s time to go play some ball.
Perhaps the most anticipated FCS game of the Mark Stoops era will be here in two sleeps with a high noon kickoff on the SEC Network with Dave Neal, Deuce McAllister, and Andraya Carter on the call. Kentucky’s head football coach is tired of talking.
On Thursday, Stoops met with members of the media after practice for a press conference that last just over five minutes. Kentucky would like to play some young players on Saturday, but the Cats must handle some business first. After a good week of practice, Kentucky is ready for toe to meet leather in Week 3.
Saturday cannot get here soon enough.
