If you missed in the post directly before this one, we’re being sued by John Higgins. Yes, that John Higgins who called the Kentucky/North Carolina game in the Elite Eight. By now, you’re probably wondering our response. Matt tweeted it out moments ago:
“The Higgins lawsuit against KSR is frivolous and without any legal merit whatsoever,” Matt tweeted. “We will defend it and expect a favorable result quickly.”
