Kentucky is looking for offensive line help in the transfer portal for the second consecutive offseason. Florida guard transfer Jalen Farmer emerged as a potential option on Saturday. Another Florida offensive lineman also jumped on the radar.

USC tackle Michael Tarquin (6-5, 300) entered the transfer portal after spending just one season in Los Angeles. Before that, Tarquin was in Gainesville for his first four seasons in college football. The super senior with one year of eligibility remaining is on the move again.

Kentucky has entered the chat.

Michael Tarquin entered the transfer portal on Saturday. Arizona State, Auburn, Florida, and Kentucky all quickly issued offers. The SEC transfer played 300-plus snaps at right tackle for Lincoln Riley’s offense in 2022 and earned seven starting assignments before losing his spot at right tackle. In Gainesville, Tarquin earned 20 total starts playing both left guard and left tackle. The veteran can bring his new team extensive playing experience and positional flexibility.

A class of 2019 signee out of Citra (Fla.) North Marion was a member of Dan Mullen’s first full recruiting class at Florida. Tarquin was a four-star prospect and top-50 recruit in Florida. Expect the power conference transfer to receive plenty of interest.
