[caption id="attachment_199545" align="alignnone" width="600"]@Akayalew @Akayalew[/caption] Many five-star recruits from the class of 2017 were on display this weekend in Nike's EYBL in Hampton, Va. Here's a recap of some familiar names circulating Kentucky's 2017 recruiting class.

Trae Young

Considered the best point guard in his class, the Kentucky recruit put on a show this weekend. In his four games this weekend, Young averaged 25.8 points, 8.8 assists and 6.3 rebounds. Young's team went a perfect 4-0. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6Olb_3JFbU

Jarred Vanderbilt

It is very likely that Vanderbilt will be Kentucky's first commit from the 2017 class. The 6'9" SF finished with a double-double on Friday night with 17 points, 15 rebounds and three assists. Over a three game span, Vanderbilt averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds and five assists  https://twitter.com/JeffRabjohns/status/731631871688237056

Wendell Carter

One of the best prospects in the 2017 class said he has only scheduled one official visit thus far, to Harvard. In a video with Scout.com, Carter discusses his game and his recruiting process including Kentucky.

Mitchell Robinson

After decommiting from Texas A&M in April, 2017 center Mitchell Robinson, is hoping to hear from Kentucky soon. After his weekend at the EYBL, that call might be coming soon. Since decommiting, Robinson said he's heard from LSU and North Carolina. Robinson faced Wendell Carter on Friday night. Robinson finished with 13 points, five blocked shots and five rebounds. Here is what Evan Daniels of Scout.com had to say"
At 7-feet tall, Robinson has an impressive frame with wide shoulders and a lengthy set of arms. A gifted athlete, Robinson runs fluidly and that’s one of the areas he impacted the game on Friday night against Team CP3. Robinson ran the floor well and often times beat the opposition to the other end. He caught a handful of difficult passes in traffic and finished with dunks or lay ups.
KSR will have more on Robinson later.
