Orlando Antigua watches Woodford County star Jasper Johnson in Louisville

Kentucky is in attendance for one of the state’s top prospects, with associate head coach Orlando Antigua at Freedom Hall watching Woodford County star Jasper Johnson.
Johnson’s Yellow Jackets are participating in the Play-By-Play Classic in Louisville, taking on Buchtel out of Ohio — former high school of current Kentucky forward Chris Livingston. Antigua arrived shortly after tip-off and sat courtside for the entirety of the 6-foot-2 guard’s matchup.
The standout guard out of Versailles is rated as a top-20 prospect and a consensus four-star in the class of 2025.

Johnson is coming off a 41-point performance on Saturday, one that saw him will Woodford County back from down 22 points in the second half, scoring 27 himself after intermission.
A lean lefty, the star sophomore boasts a quick first step and a silky-smooth jump shot from deep. He’s a willing defender with a high motor, active in the passing lanes and fighting for loose balls. Playing on tired legs, Johnson again thrived in a blowout win over Buchtel, knocking down shots and finishing with touch around the basket en route to 20 points.
The four-star guard is rated as the No. 20 overall prospect in the 2025 On3 player rankings.
