Poythress slam dunks for first NBA points

After playing in the D-League for the Fort Wayne Mad Ants, the former Wildcat's hard work was rewarded and he was finally called up. His first points in the NBA were in familiar fashion to UK fans who followed his career in Lexington. With the game still underway, Poythress had a roaring dunk for his first NBA points. Check out the slam below: So far, Poythress has played 15 minutes and scored nine points accompanied by two rebounds and an assist. In the D-League, Poythress averaged a team leading 18.5 points along with 7.1 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 1.4 blocks per game.
