What KSR curse? A week after Matt Jones and the crew made a trip to upstate New York to hang out with the Kentucky Wildcats on the Buffalo Bills, Ray Davis made the best play of his career.

With the Bills on the ropes after a Josh Allen interception resulted in points, the former Kentucky running back made the biggest play of the day. On the ensuing kickoff, Ray ran into his teammate, hit a spin move, found a seam, and then sprinted into the end zone.

How do you make a spectacular play even better? You add an exclamation point. He did just that with a flip into the end zone.

It’s the first special teams touchdown of Ray Davis’ 2-year career. He’s been in the mix this season on the other end of it. During the preseason, he kicked PATs for Buffalo, and a few weeks ago, he attempted an onside kick.

As a rookie, Davis rushed for three touchdowns and caught three touchdown passes. Even though he’s a proven RB2, he’s received a much lighter workload this fall. Entering tonight’s game, Davis had just 24 carries for 44 yards and a receiving touchdown.

Even if James Cook is taking some of his workload and turning it into 45-yard touchdowns, the former Kentucky Wildcat is finding a way to create jaw-dropping plays on the field.
