The honorable Chris Fisher over at
CatsPause.com spoke to the father of Keldon Johnson on Tuesday and he confirmed
the five-star guard will announce his decision next week.
Johnson is of course considering Kentucky, as well as Maryland, N.C. State and Texas.
This past Friday,
Johnson told USA Today, "I'd say I'm about 95 percent sure I know where I want to go... Most likely I'll get it over with. I just have to talk with my family and make sure they're OK with it."
The original plan was to announce his decision this week, but for whatever reason, he will take a little longer before wrapping things up. My uneducated guess? He wants to wait to see if R.J. Barrett picks Kentucky on Friday.
