Ric Flair in a medically induced coma
Today sure turned out to be a depressing day, didn’t it? If the UK Football injury news wasn’t bad enough, ESPN is reporting that WWE legend Ric Flair is in a medically-induced coma.
Flair was hospitalized over the weekend for heart-related issues and was placed into the coma while he awaits surgery. After downplaying the issue on Saturday, Flair’s agent Melinda Morris Zanoni asked for prayers and positive energy late last night:
Are u a Fan/Friend of Ric Flair? If so, we need prayers & positive energy 4 our Living Legend as he is dealing w/some tough medical issues🙏🏻

With a career spanning 40 years and over 20 world championships to his name, Flair is considered by many the greatest pro wrestler of all time. His larger-than-life personality transcended the sport, which bloomed in popularity during his reign. Everyone knows his trademark “Woo,” including our own John Calipari, who used it to describe Jamal Murray back in 2016:
Cal is like the jelly of the month club, the gift that keeps on giving all year round @KySportsRadio pic.twitter.com/p5pLjAMCvf

Get well soon, Nature Boy.
