With Kentucky football on the verge of sparking up spring practice, which begins next week and runs through the middle of April, the coaching staff has spent the last month scouring the country for potential future Wildcats. From highly-ranked four-star juniors to up-and-coming freshmen, Mark Stoops and co. have their eyes focused on a dozen-plus new targets.

So who are they? That’s what we’re here to figure out. There are 20 new names in this article that have earned a scholarship from Kentucky football over the last several weeks.

Additionally, a bunch of these prospects have already spoken with KSR+ reporter, Jacob Polacheck, to discuss their offers from Kentucky and what their plans moving forward might look like. You can check those out by signing up for KSR+ through the link here. We’re still offering a limited-time promotion of $10 total until the end of August.

Now let’s dive into the recent high school football recruits offered by Kentucky.

*All player rankings are courtesy of the On3 Consensus*

Class of 2024 offers

Jonathan Daniels (OT) 6-5, 285 | Pine Forest (Pensacola, FL)
4-star: No. 149 overall, No. 9 OT

  • Easily the highest-rated recruit of the bunch, Jonathan Daniels actually received a massive bump in On3’s individual rankings. Daniels cracked the class of 2024’s Top 10 in the most recent update, checking in at No. 9 overall in the country and as the best offensive tackle. His offer from Kentucky came on Feb. 20 via defensive line coach Anwar Stewart. Florida State is trending for his services, having visited Tallahassee six times already, but more big-name programs will certainly be after him in the coming months.

Jordan Burns (LB) 6-1, 215 | Pace Academy (Atlanta, GA) –> KSR+ interview
4-star: No. 264 overall, No. 28 LB

Justin Logan (LB) 6-2, 205 | Kell (Marietta, GA) –> KSR+ interview
3-star: No. 421 overall, No. 45 LB

Cameron Keys (CB) 6-10, 160 | A. Crawford Mosley (Panama City, FL)
3-star: No. 518 overall, No. 46 CB

  • February was an important month for Cameron Keys, who picked up his offer from UK on Feb. 21 via Coach Stewart and defensive backs coach Chris Collins. Keys also earned offers from the likes of Tennessee, Missouri, Vanderbilt, and Mississippi State last month as the SEC is going all in on the Florida product’s talents. He plays both sides of the ball for A. Crawford Mosley HS and also runs track. Coach Stewart is originally from the Panama City area, which is where Keys currently plays.

Robert Bourdon (OT) 6-6, 280 | Collierville (Collierville, TN)
3-star: No. 593 overall, No. 41 OT

  • Imagine playing lacrosse and being on the opposite end of Robert Bourdon, a 6-foot-6, 280-pound monster of a human. When he’s not terrorizing folks on the offensive line, that’s exactly what Bourdon is doing. He’s a top-tier athlete. On the gridiron, Bourdon, who plays left tackle, picked up his UK offer on Feb. 21 from wide receivers coach Scott Woodward. He has since hauled in scholarships from NC State and Oklahoma State, as well. TCU is in the driver’s seat right now, per On3’s RPM, but Bourdon’s recruitment is on the verge of blowing up sooner rather than later.

Elijah King (EDGE) Gahanna Lincoln (Gahanna, OH)
3-star: No. 939 overall, No. 62 EDGE

  • February saw Elijah King receive scholarship opportunities from Kentucky (Feb. 3), Minnesota (Feb. 26), and Rutgers (Feb. 27). He earned offers from West Virginia, Indiana, Iowa State, and Cincinnati the month before, as well. Associate head coach Vince Marrow was the one who reached out to King with an offer. Kentucky is no stranger to the Gahanna Lincoln program either but has yet to land a player from that school as of late.

Keyshawn Flowers (LB) 6-2, 215 | Archbishop Spalding (Severn, MD) –> KSR+ interview
3-star: No. 34 LB

Marquavious Saboor (ATH) 6-0, 170 | Kell (Marietta, GA) –> KSR+ interview
3-star: No. 39 ATH

Daniel James (CB) 5-11, 175 | McEachern (Powder Springs, GA) –> KSR+ interview
3-star: No. 71 CB

Marcus Downs (DL) 6-5, 250 | Riverside (Taylors, SC) –> KSR+ interview

Jameer Grimsley (CB) 6-3, 185 | Tampa Catholic (Tampa, FL) –> KSR+ interview

Josiah Davis (RB) 5-10, 205 | North Salem (Salem, OR) –> KSR+ interview

Antwan Smith (RB) 6-3, 195 | Booker T. Washington (Miami, FL) — KSR+ interview

Khyair Spain (RB) 5-9, 190 | Parkview (Lilburn, GA)

  • The first Power 5 offer for Khyair Spain came from Kentucky on Feb. 22 with new running backs coach Jay Boulware being the one who reached out. The undersized power back has also received offers from the likes of Arkansas State, East Carolina, East Tennessee State, and Charlotte. Spain is comparable in size to fellow Georgia-based running back Jamarion Wilcox, a three-star prospect from the ’23 class who committed to UK earlier in the year.

Class of 2025 offers

Emaree Winston (TE) 6-3, 230 | Calhoun (Calhoun, GA) –> KSR+ interview
4-star

Alex Payne (OT) 6-5, 260 | Gainesville (Gainesville, GA) –> KSR+ interview

Trey McNutt (ATH) 5-11, 155 | Shaker Height (Shaker Heights, OH) –> KSR+ interview

Ryan Ghea (TE) 6-5, 230 | Milton (Alpharetta, GA)

  • After picking up a Kentucky offer from Coach Marrow and Coach Woodward on Feb. 7, Ryan Ghea is already making moves. He intends to visit Auburn later today and received offers from Missouri (Feb. 9) and Kansas (Feb. 21) in recent weeks, as well. This will actually be the second visit to Auburn this year for Ghea, who already holds scholarships from the likes of Florida State, Michigan, Louisville, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Wisconsin, among others. Ghea might not be ranked right now, but expect that to change in the near future for the high school sophomore.

Class of 2026 offers

CJ Newell (ATH) 5-9, 165 | Glenville (Cleveland, OH) –> KSR+ interview

Cincere Johnson (LB) 6-3, 225 | Glenville (Cleveland, OH) –> KSR+ interview
