Ryan Lemond called in from his "Field of Dreams" trip with his dad
The Summer of Ryan Lemond reached its peak Thursday night when Ryan and his dad traveled to Iowa for the “Field of Dreams” game. If you know Ryan or listen to KSR, you know his love for the cornfields and “Field of Dreams,” and the strong baseball connection between he and his dad, Gary.
Today, Ryan called in from the road home to describe the ultimate father-son trip and what it was like being on the hallowed grounds in Dyersville, Iowa. You can hear the excitement in his voice as he tells stories from the night—and, yes, he ran the bases.
