She said Yes! Iowa football player proposes at the Citrus Bowl
If there anything more romantic than college football? Yes, a college football bowl game. That is why one Iowa football player proposed to his long-time girlfriend ahead of Saturday’s matchup with Kentucky at the Citrus Bowl.
Logan Lee, a redshirt sophomore defensive lineman from Orion, Ill., made his bowl week in Florida extra memorable. During some free time outside of Universal Studios, he got down on one knee and popped out a ring. Tori said yes!

A significant contributor for the Iowa defense, Lee appeared in all 13 games this fall, recording 43 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and two sacks.
Lee was wise to make this significant life moment happen early in the bowl week. If he waited until after the game Saturday, we could have had another Florida State-Jacksonville State situation on our hands.
