So, John Higgins is suing us
Well, here’s something we didn’t see coming: John Higgins is suing Kentucky Sports Radio.
Today, Higgins filed a federal civil lawsuit against KSR, Matt, and Drew for intentional infliction of emotional distress, invasion of privacy, tortious interference with a business, and civil conspiracy after fans left him threats following the Kentucky/North Carolina game in the Elite Eight. The suit calls for an award of damages in excess of $75,000.
