What a start for the Cats, eh? We talked about this team as a legitimate championship contender all offseason, and Kentucky backed up that chatter by mopping the floor with No. 1 Purdue in the exhibition opener. It didn’t count for anything, but as far as measuring sticks go, they don’t get much better — especially down your All-SEC point guard and a potential top-five draft pick.
