Tashawn Manning receives invite to NFL Scouting Combine

The 2022 season was not a great year for Kentucky’s Big Blue Wall. The offensive line had all kinds of issues throughout the year and that led a woeful offensive year that ended with a 7-6 record after the Wildcats were shutout by Iowa in the Music City Bowl. However, Kentucky’s right guard was consistently solid throughout the season.
Auburn transfer Tashawn Manning started 12 games for the Wildcats at right guard this season and played over 700 snaps. The Central Florida native was invited to the NFLPA Bowl and had a strong performance this week. That led to a big invitation on Friday. Manning will be making the trip to Indianapolis next month.

Manning will be joined by Kentucky cornerback Carrington Valentine at this event where players will do athletic testing, speak with NFL franchises, and get full medicals in preparation for the NFL Draft in April. Will Levis and Chris Rodriguez Jr. are also expected to attend. There could also be some invitations coming for other Kentucky prospects.
Expect a busy draft season with the Senior Bowl starting next week as Rodriguez and Keidron Smith will work out at the all-star game to help bolster their draft stock. KSR will be there every step of the way to provide coverage.
