ODDS: La Familia is a Short Favorite in the TBT Regional Final

La Familia is seeking its second straight Regional Championship in the TBT. Can they keep the dream alive at Historic Memorial Coliseum? Vegas believes the group of former Kentucky Wildcats will get it done.
La Familia is a 3.5-point favorite over Eberlein Drive. The total is 154.5, according to our friends at FanDuel.
The over has hit in each of the first two games for the former Kentucky Wildcats in the TBT. La Familia is 1-1 Against the Spread. After a blowout in round one, La Familia was in danger of letting a win slip away to War Ready (+14.5) until Archie Goodwin secured the Elam Ending in transition for an 80-76 victory.
Goodwin is facing off against his former TBT team this evening. He spent the last four summers playing for Eberlein Drive, culminating with a trip to the semifinals last season. Goodwin averaged 13.8 points per game on 36.7% shooting from the floor. He ranked fourth in the tournament with 20 assists over five games.
“The team that we’re playing next is my old team. So I know a lot of those guys pretty well,” Goodwin said following Sunday’s Round of 32 win. “I think that we’ll do a great job of preparing for them, because I know they’ll prepare for us well, I know how they do.”

Goodwin is La Familia’s leading scorer, averaging 17.5 points over the first two TBT contests. Eberlein Drive is led by Gabe York, a 31-year-old former Arizona Wildcat who’s putting up 20 ppg. while shooting 42.1% from three.
La Familia and Eberlein Drive will tip-off at Historic Memorial Coliseum at 6 PM ET on FS2.
Huge TBT Upset
Boeheim’s Army is a TBT staple. The group of former Syracuse Orangemen has a title on its resume. They flamed out in spectacular fashion on Monday night.
Facing a group of former D-III players, Boeheim’s Army led by a dozen points in the second quarter. They were in cruise control, prepared to pull away. That’s when I decided to change the channel. Bad decision.
Ty Nichols sparked a miraculous comeback for We are D3. Known as “The Silencer,” the former Keene State star made 13-20 from the field, including 6-10 from three, to score 36 points, culminating in a chaotic game-winner in the Elam Ending. Steven Peake could not contain his excitement throughout the madness.
