The inaugural Coach Cal Celebrity Softball Classic is coming up on Sunday at Whitaker Bank Ballpark, and to make the event even more enticing,
organizers have teamed up to make it a Dollar Beer Night as well. In addition to seeing your favorite former Cats and local celebrities face off, you can enjoy Kentucky Ale products for $1 each.
Gates open at 4:30 p.m. and a celebrity home run derby will start at 5:30 p.m., followed by the game at 6 p.m. Tickets are on sale now and include three different seating options. General admission tickets to Whitaker Bank Ballpark are $8, premium seating is $20 and the Coach Cal VIP Experience Ticket Package is $100. The VIP Experience will include seats behind home plate in the Diamond Club/Super Club and an invitation to a pregame “Cats Conversations,” a chalk talk forum with a question and answer opportunity hosted by Coach Cal and NBA Rookie of the Year Karl Towns. This exclusive opportunity is limited to 200 tickets.
