Lots of Anti-Tubby talk out there, which I hate to see.  There is no doubt that this team has been a disappointment across the board, and a good deal of that blame is rightly pointed at the coaching staff.  However Tubby is a great coach and that should not be forgotten.  Great coaches can have miserable years, and the question is always how they right the ship.  I think Tubby will right this ship, if he chooses to stay here, but it wont happen this season.

In other news, I always love watching Brandon Stockton.  There is something about his small height, chubby nature and wonderful little moustache that makes me happy.  Plus my friend Trevor and I always take credit for "discovering" him during his junior year of high school.  For those that think taking Lofton was a slam dunk, remember that past Mr. Basketballs have included Carrier, Stockton, Ross Neltner (who infamously went to LSU so that he could be "close to home"), etc.  Coach Smith wishes he had Lofton....as do I....but it wasnt a slam dunk that he should have been offered, as seen by the fact that Pitino and Huggins passed as well.

And remember the name, Phil Jones.....it will be very important....
