UK Alumni Association presents DanceBlue cancer fundraiser at Big Blue Country
We love DanceBlue. We love Big Blue Country. We even love The Greater Louisville UK Alumni Club, though their wordy name often makes it more difficult to show it publicly. Fortunately for all of us and for all of you, the three have joined together to host a special fundraising event tomorrow evening at 7:00 pm. And we'd be flattered if you chose to attend as well.
The event will take place at Big Blue Country (426 Baxter Avenue) and the $5 admission charge will go directly to DanceBlue, as will a portion of the money spent at the restaurant that evening. The evening will include music from Barbwire & Butterflies and a chance to win prizes, including a Coach Cal autographed basketball, a package of two lower level tickets and DeSha's dinner vouchers for the Florida game February 26 and lots of other UK memoribilia and apparel. Most importantly, you get a chance to mingle with a few big names and compete against them in a Rock-Paper-Scissors contest. Here are the heavy hitters already set to attend:
