There is some positive news out of John Calipari's Thursday press conference regarding the current state of Jarred Vanderbilt.
According to Calipari,
Vanderbilt is no longer in a walking boot.
Cal said, "He was out of a boot yesterday... Now will be the process to see, okay, where is he exactly and is he going to be able to play or will we have to wait. I guess they did the MRIs and all that stuff and he looked good, so we'll see."
In other injury news, Jemarl Baker will have another scope on his knee tomorrow, Cal said.
