Apparently during the third quarter of the Bowling Green vs. UMass game yesterday, a temporary video board collapsed mid-game. (NOTE: I should point out that nobody was injured.) The guys over at Deadspin have the video up on the site, which you can watch at the link HERE. At about the 20 second mark, you can hear a loud boom and a sea of OOOHH's as the temporary video board decided that it didn't want to do it's job anymore. However, what might be the most amazing part of all of this is how nonchalant the announcers in the booth announce that a video board just collapsed. If you were just listening to the audio, you'd think that they were announcing a golf tournament instead of a mid-major football game. Regardless, these two broadcasters had to have seen some stuff in their life to not even sound surprised about it.
