WATCH: Gonzaga beats UCLA at the buzzer to advance to the National Championship

@ZagMBB
Instant classic.
In a matchup between one-seed Gonzaga and 11-seed UCLA, the Bulldogs and Bruins traded baskets down the stretch in regulation to force overtime, followed by a ridiculous buzzer-beating 3-pointer by Gonzaga freshman standout guard Jalen Suggs for the win.
The shot came just after former Kentucky guard and current UCLA star Johnny Juzang hit a putback layup to tie the game with 3.3 seconds to go. The sophomore sharpshooter finished with 29 points on 12-18 shooting to go with six rebounds in the loss, giving him a total of 137 points during NCAA Tournament play. For those keeping track at home, that’s good for second-most by a UCLA player in NCAA Tournament history, sitting behind only Gail Goodrich’s 140-point run in 1965.
Check out Suggs’ historic moment, followed by the locker room celebration below:

And with that, the Laettner shot is no more. (Please?)
