How are your nerves, Big Blue Nation? It’s not often the blood gets pumping for a mid-July basketball game, but we have La Familia to thank for providing us with more entertainment than we asked for.

Made up of mostly former Kentucky players, La Familia was able to fend off a second-half rally from War Ready in Sunday’s second-round matchup at The Basketball Tournament, sneaking out an 80-76 win. Archie Goodwin saved the day for the UK alums, scoring the final four points in the Elam Ending, including the game-winning layup off a terrific defensive play from Kahlil Whitney. Despite some struggles at the free-throw line, Goodwin finished with 16 points, six assists, and four rebounds.

If you weren’t able to make it to Memorial Coliseum, don’t worry, the KSR crew has you covered with all the postgame content you need to stay in the loop. Dive in below to watch highlights from the win, KSR’s Rapid Reaction, and postgame interviews from head coach Sean Woods, along with Goodwin and Aaron Harrison. La Familia returns to action on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m. ET (FS2) against Eberlein Drive with a spot in the quarterfinals on the line.
