The Kentucky football team will return to Kroger Field on Saturday night to face a fourth ranked opponent this season. The defense will be looking to run it back against Tennessee after the best performance of the season against Texas in last week’s 16-13 overtime loss.

On Wednesday, Kentucky defensive coordinator Brad White, EDGE CJ Works, cornerback Grant Grayton, and cornerback Terhyon Nichols all spoke with the media after practice. The Cats are preparing for an explosive Tennessee offense that will hit the tempo gas pedal, throw it deep, and challenge the Cats with its spread run game. The task will be difficult for White’s unit on Saturday night under the lights in Lexington. Can this team get off the mat after yet another tough loss last week? We will find out soon when the third SEC home game of the season takes place this season.
