WATCH: KSR's Road Trip experience for the Governor's Cup was an ugly one
Nothing went right for Kentucky on Saturday at L&N Stadium, but the KSR crew had no choice but to helplessly watch it all unfold.
The Wildcats were smacked on Saturday in the Governor’s Cup, losing 41-0 to archrival Louisville in a game that got out of hand by the second quarter. Despite missing a slew of starters due to injury (and even starting a true freshman walk-on at running back), the Cardinals had no problems dismantling a Kentucky team that appeared to give up halfway through the game.
It couldn’t have been a worse outcome for the program, which finished the season 5-7 with losses to Vanderbilt and Louisville by a combined score of 86-17 in the final two games. All eyes are now on UK leadership as fans await some sort of announcement on the future of the program under head coach Mark Stoops.

But we’re not going to let Steven Peake’s hard work go unnoticed. Along with Nick Roush and Adam Luckett, he had to watch Kentucky get shut out while surrounded by UL fans. The least you can do is check out his Road Trip video. Steven having to sit there in silence next to his aunt and uncle (fans of the Cards) while Louisville scored another touchdown is good content, even if it had to suck to experience.
