WATCH: Mark Pope, Kentucky players talk ball at SEC Media Days

The Southeastern Conference saved the best for last at the league’s Media Days on Tuesday in Birmingham.
Kentucky men’s basketball head coach Mark Pope was the final coach of the day to take the podium, using the opportunity to talk about Otega Oweh‘s return from injury, going after championship number nine, the possibility of shooting 30 three-pointers per game, and so much more. After Pope wrapped up his 15-minute interview, a trio of Wildcats sat down with reporters to talk about the upcoming season. We were treated to Oweh (the SEC Preseason Player of the Year), Preseason All-SEC Third Team member Jaland Lowe, and reigning national champion Denzel Aberdeen — not a back group of players, huh?
