WATCH: No. 11 Boyle County survives in thriller against No. 5 Highlands

The fourth edition of this year’s KSR Game of the Week did not disappoint.
A top-15 matchup took place in Danville on Friday as the No. 11 Boyle County Rebels (3-1) found a way to sneak past the No. 5 Highlands Bluebirds (3-1), 21-20, in a start-to-finish thriller. Boyle County came into the matchup having been upset the week prior by Lexington Catholic, but the Rebels bounced back in impressive fashion against one of the state’s top teams.
Senior running back Ji’Dyn Hisel-Smith racked up 208 yards and a pair of touchdowns for Boyle County, while four-star tight end Seneca Driver made massive plays on both offense and defense for the Rebels. Highlands struggled to hit a groove offensively, but still had a chance to pull this off in the end until a sneaky play from Boyle County with under two minutes to go sealed the Rebel win.
