WATCH: Will Levis Mic'd Up at Kentucky Spring Football Practice

You’ve seen QB1 drop bombs at Kroger Field. Now you can watch how Will Levis works to make those big plays on Saturday possible.
Typically the Ky Wildcats TV crew keeps the attention off the players during spring practice, choosing to throw microphones on new coaches to introduce them to the BBN. Today we get to see a different side of Levis. He’s not all business, all the time.
Levis shared a relatable moment during UK’s stretch. Getting old is painful, even for quarterbacks. Kentucky’s QB1 is also well-versed in his pop culture references. In-between gravely cadences and praise for his teammates, we got to hear Levis quote Game of Thrones, Anchorman and Borat.

There is one big thing missing from the video. We don’t see a lot of passes from the quarterback to his rising wide receivers. KSR has not been able to watch the Wildcats practice, but we have heard that QB1 is playing as good, if not better than expected so far under Rich Scangarello. The table is being set for an exciting fall at Kroger Field.
The Big Blue Nation will get its first taste of the Kentucky football team two weeks from today. The Blue-White Game will be Saturday, April 9 at 1 pm ET. Admission is free for the first spring game at Kroger Field in three years. If you can’t make it to the Kroge, you can watch all of the action on SEC Network+.
