Willie Warren Dunk OF THE YEAR...
This was Willie Warren dunking over 6'6'' 2009 SG from Oklahoma, Xavier Henry (son of Carl Henry, KU star) and top 15 player in his class. This dunk was toward the end of the game and the score was tied....Willie got called for a technical which put the other team ahead and they ended up losing. Personally, I didn't think it was worthy of a call at such a crucial time in the game, but they were conducting referee camps, so they are very tight with the calls at these types of events.
Not that anyone would care, but I had a GREAT seat for this game. I am seated in jeans and a black shirt to the right corner of the court (left of the gatorade cooler) so I could watch two games at once....thank goodness I wasn't watching the other game for this!
