Zagsblog Reporting Daniels Decision Soon - As In This Weekend Soon
I started to write a post about how badly Kentucky was going to beat Louisville tomorrow, but you guys already know that. Seriously. I don’t get why people think the game will even be that close, I expect Kentucky to win by at least 12. But before I could wax poetic about Jones dropping Buckets, Deandre Daniels news happened to pop up.
Apparently Adam Zagoria had a phone interview with Deandre Daniels AAU Coach Dinos Trigonis (who might have the coolest name ever,) and he dropped this quote. “They’re trying to make a decision here, hopefully around Jan. 1. They’re going to basically finalize and get together as a family and decide what they want to do.” That’s right, January 1. As in, two days from now.
Trigonis also appears to believe it will come down to Kentucky, Kansas and Texas. He still believes Daniels will wait to play until next fall, but enroll this year.
Could we end 2010 with a beatdown of the Cards and start 2011 with a commitment for Cal? It could be an excellent weekend.
