2023 Chicago (Ill.) Marist defensive lineman Jamel Howard is set to make his college announcement on Wednesday, he tells On3. LSU, Wisconsin, Miami, Michigan and Illinois are the finalists.

Howard is ranked as the No. 109 defensive lineman and the No. 24 overall recruit in the state of Illinois, per the On3 Consensus. LSU currently sits with the No. 5 class in the country, according to the On3 Consensus Team Recruiting Rankings.

2024 Lafayette Christian (La.) athlete Ju’Juan Johnson set his commitment date for Saturday, Feb. 4 at 10:30 a.m. CT, he told On3’s Hayes Fawcett on Monday. LSU is a finalist along with Florida and Colorado.
