The Bolles School 2028 running back Xander Edwards broke Derrick Henry’s Florida high school football record for most touchdowns in a single game when he scored eight times in the Bulldogs’ win over Baldwin. Wednesday, the 6-foot-2, 220-pound high school sophomore landed an offer from Miami. We talk with him.

Winning this game will go a loong way in showing that this team is very different from the “flash in the pan” teams we have seen in the past. Despite FSU being overrated IMO, this will be our toughest test to date given it is on the road and FSU will be desperate for a win. If FSU can win then they will be right back in the race for the ACC and playoffs. If they lose, their conference title and playoff hopes will be all but dashed at 3-2 with 2 ACC losses and no ranking. If we come in and play the same tough defense with a dominant running attack, we should win this game by 13 or more.
