MESSAGE BOARD POST OF THE DAY

Overall, this is the most talented roster since… Posted by ClaudeHenrySmoot

Seems to me you would have to to back to the Coker years.

I don’t recall an offensive line this deep, rb room this talented, Dline with this much upside for more than a decade. WR is a question mark, but other than last year, I can’t remember a better one. TE we have had better groups, but if Lofton is what everyone says, the top end is as good as any. Linebacker seems good, and Matt thinks the secondary is elite. Gary says we haven’t had depth like this in forever.

What say you?

Not saying that translates to 12 and 0. Randy and Larry had plenty of talented and managed to lose 5 games. But this team seems more talented than any in the Golden, Richt, Diaz years.

MIAMI HURRICANES QUOTE OF THE DAY

CJ Carr
Redshirt freshman CJ Carr got the green light to be
Notre Dame’s starting QB in the Aug. 31 season opener at Miami.
Jeff Douglas, Inside ND Sports

“I’m taking a win over the Irish in a hyped up atmosphere vs. a new and totally inexperienced Notre Dame QB CJ Carr.”
