We are taking a dive inside the play of star NC State QB CJ Bailey and what is going to make him really tough for Miami to slow down. See for your self what the Canes are up against in our latest film study series.

The Miami Hurricanes are coming off a win against Syracuse on Saturday, including a slow start. NC State is up next. Where does the team go from here? We’ve got coaches Mario Cristobal, Shannon Dawson and Corey Hetherman all sharing their perspective. Don’t miss all of that.

Plus you can check out our weekly feature Canes in the NFL with highlights and stats.

The Hurricanes picked up a new commitment last night and we had you covered, so don’t miss that big news with DeAnthony Lafayette coming on board. We also have an analysis of what his addition means for the Canes.

We also have a new recruiting podcast for you this morning, with Stephen Wagner and Luke Chaney breaking down all the happenings as the Canes continue to bolster their future roster.

More updates for you:

Making the cross-country trip from California to South Florida to watch Miami play has been a priority this season for St. John Bosco (Calif.) 2027 cornerback Jacob Whitehead, who was in attendance for the Hurricanes’ 38-10 win over Syracuse. We have his feeback.

Also on hand: Douglasville (Ga.) Douglas County four-star 2027 offensive tackle Joshua Sam-Epelle. He hadn’t visited Miami before this weekend, so the Hurricanes took advantage of the opportunity to make a strong first impression.

Miami continues to gel together in the early season as Jai Lucas’ team beat Stetson in a blowout after a slow start on Monday night. So be sure to check out our game coverage of that win.

CaneSport isn’t just providing your Miami Hurricanes round the clock news, we’re also good for your health! Because we’ve got your honest to goodness columns, features, analysis and news delivered with honestly, integrity and a little ESV sprinkled in. Corey Hetherman may use the motto ESV as “Excitement, Swarm, Violence” for his defense, but for us it’s “Excellence, Superb coverage and Violence.” Okay, fine, for us the V actually stands for “Value.” Because you can sign up for CaneSport for the $1 in change you find in your couch right now – yes, we’re talking to you. And we’ll throw in a year subscription to The Athletic with an annual CaneSport subscription. So get a CaneSport subscription now!

There’s no mail anymore. But there are CaneSport’s message boards, which is kind of the same thing just with the message delivered immediately. So be sure to check out all the latest Hurricanes perspective with your fellow fans!

Be sure to stay tuned today for player feedback after practice. And we’ll also have CaneSport Live at 8 p.m. tonight with Gary Ferman, Matt Shodell and Bruce Warner talking all things Miami with fans. Have a great day and Go Canes!
