The Miami Hurricanes are coming off a tough loss at SMU on Saturday, with UM struggling with a lot of self-inflicted wounds. Where does the team go from here? We’ve got coaches Mario Cristobal, Shannon Dawson and Corey Hetherman all sharing their perspective. Don’t miss all of that.

Plus you can check out our weekly feature Canes in the NFL with highlights and stats.

The Miami Hurricanes opened the Jai Lucas era last night against Jacksonville with a win, and we brought you all the details from the game as well as post-game feedback from Lucas and players. So be sure to check that all out.

We have an update this morning with three-star Pittsburgh defensive line commit Logan Nagle – he will visit for the Hurricanes’ game against Syracuse Saturday. So don’t miss what he’s saying.

Another key visitor this weekend will be IMG Academy three-star running back/ATH and Louisville commit Lekhy Thompkins. Miami originally offered Thompkins as a defensive athlete but has told him he’ll have the opportunity to play running back in Coral Gables. Get his take.

St. John Neumann (Fla.) took a trip down to South Florida on Friday to face off against North Miami Beach (Fla.), giving us a chance to watch Miami defensive line commit Frederic Sainteus in live action for the first time. What did we learn from watching Sainteus?

CaneSport isn’t just providing your Miami Hurricanes round the clock news, we’re also good for your health! Because we’ve got your honest to goodness columns, features, analysis and news delivered with honestly, integrity and a little ESV sprinkled in. Corey Hetherman may use the motto ESV as “Excitement, Swarm, Violence” for his defense, but for us it’s “Excellence, Superb coverage and Violence.” Okay, fine, for us the V actually stands for “Value.” Because you can sign up for CaneSport for the $1 in change you find in your couch right now – yes, we’re talking to you. And we’ll throw in a year subscription to The Athletic with an annual CaneSport subscription. So get a CaneSport subscription now!

There’s no mail anymore. But there are CaneSport’s message boards, which is kind of the same thing just with the message delivered immediately. So be sure to check out all the latest Hurricanes perspective with your fellow fans!

Be sure to stay tuned today for player feedback after practice. And we’ll also have CaneSport Live at 8 p.m. tonight with Gary Ferman, Matt Shodell and Bruce Warner talking all things Miami with fans. Have a great day and Go Canes!
