We catch up with Douglasville (Ga.) Douglas County three-star 2026 Indiana safety commit Jamar Owens, who was on hand Friday night for the game. After his weekend visit he has a positive feeling about the program regardless of the game result.

An upcoming visitor for this weekend’s game against Stanford? That’s Nixa (Mo.) No. 1 overall 2026 prospect and Miami commit Jackson Cantwell. We catch up with him for his thoughts heading into it.

In basketball recruiting we have an update with 2027 Academy of Central Florida (Fla.) combo guard Martay Barnes. He has a Miami offer and shares where things stand.

The Jai Lucas era at Miami is inching closer and closer to reality. Game 1 is set for Nov. 3 against Jacksonville, and Miami’s first-year coach is busy making sure his totally rebuilt roster is ready for the challenge ahead.
