The Miami Hurricanes reached their first ever Final Four by overcoming a 13-point second half deficit with pure determination … and some great defense and free throw shooting down the stretch.

Miami won, 88-81, and advances to play Connecticut next weekend with a berth in the national championship game on the line.

The star for Miami was Jordan Miller, who had 27 points and hit a perfect of seven of seven shots from the field and all 13 of his free throws. Along with Miller’s huge day there were four other Canes in double figures – Poplar with 16 (on six of seven shooting, six rebounds, four assists), Pack with 15, Wong with 14 and Omier with 11 points and nine boards.
