Daytona Beach (Fla.) Mainland 2024 safety Zay Mincey, the No. 30 overall recruit in the On300, No. 2 safety and arguably Miami's top remaining uncommitted prospect in this year's recruiting cycle, has already silently committed to an unnamed program. But his recruitment is still tighter than one might expect.
