Michigan football kicked its preparation for TCU into high gear this week with a return to the practice field. The Dec. 31 College Football Playoff semifinal at the Fiesta Bowl will be here before we know it and the Wolverines are already in their deep dive of the Horned Frogs.

One of those players that will be critical is graduate linebacker Michael Barrett, who spoke to the media at Schembechler Hall on Thursday afternoon. The Third-Team All-Big Ten selection has 67 total tackles on the season with 4 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks and a pair of interceptions.

Here is a snippet of his session with the Michigan media.
