NC State football depth chart: Week 6 vs. Campbell
NC State is looking to snap a two-game losing streak as it hosts Campbell on Saturday afternoon (2 p.m., ACCNX) at Carter-Finley Stadium.
Although the Wolfpack didn’t release a mid-week depth chart, the program updated its depth chart on the press box flip card ahead of kickoff. Here’s a look at how NC State plans to line up against Campbell.

Notes on depth chart changes
— As expected, Soares will start at WILL linebacker, while Fordham will move to MIKE linebacker with graduate Sean Brown out due to injury. McBride, who has missed the first five games, is the starting SAM linebacker in his return to the field this season. Carter and Hodge, the Wolfpack’s budding freshmen linebackers, are the backups at SAM and MIKE, respectively.
— Royal is back to starting free safety as JJ Johnson moves to strong safety due to Brody Barnhardt’s injury. He’s not listed on the depth chart. Myers and Teasdell debut as backups on the depth chart for the first time this season.
