Noah Rogers' size, athleticism and skill set as a big, outside receiver who can win in multiple phases reminds us of Chris Godwin. Both Rogers and Godwin were around the same size as high school seniors, with Godwin being a bit heavier. Both were plus athletes with sub 4.5 second 40-yard dash times and showed the ability to separate vertically and pick up yards after the catch.

Personal Life

Rolesville coach Martin Samek describes Noah Rogers as one of the best players he’s ever seen. And Rogers has the accolades and stats to back up the high praise. During his sophomore season – played in the spring of 2021 because of COVID – Rogers racked up 11 touchdown catches and helped Rolesville to a 9-1 record. Then in 2022, he had 1,432 yards receiving, 22 touchdown catches and averaged 22 yards a catch. “He’s a special player,” Samek told the Fayetteville Observer. “And the thing with him: his grades are out of sight. He’s doing fantastic.” Rogers’ brother, Cyrus Rogers, walked on to the North Carolina football team. His mother is Lisa Rogers. He plans on majoring in math in college.
