Former Bowling Green guard Marcus Hill announced his commitment to join NC State on Thursday evening. He has one year of eligibility remaining.  Hill is the Wolfpack’s fourth transfer portal commitment of the cycle, but is the first that did not hail from a Power Six conference at his previous stop.
