We’re two days away from another Notre Dame football game on a Disney network, you have YouTube TV, and you’re afraid you won’t be able to watch the Fighting Irish in the comfort of your own home. Blue & Gold is here to tell you how to watch No. 9 Notre Dame (7-2) at No. 23 Pitt (7-2) on Saturday without going to a local watering hole that has a cable provider — or buying an antenna and getting one of the “big four” the old fashioned way, which is always on the table.

Here is a running list of three 21st-century streaming options to try.

DIRECTV has a five-day free trial that includes ESPN networks, including ABC.
FUBOTV has a free trial that includes ESPN networks, including ABC.
HULU has ESPN networks, including ABC.
ESPN+/Select

For reference, The Athletic reported Wednesday that there is “momentum” for a deal between YouTube TV and Disney that would restore ESPN networks and ABC to the streaming platform, but that deal is not yet in place 48 hours before the Irish and Pitt kick off.

Noting Notre Dame: The Fighting Irish are riding a seven-game winning streak that has come with some of the best quarterback play in the country from redshirt freshman CJ Carr, some of the best running back play in the country from junior Jeremiyah Love and redshirt junior Jadarian Price and a much-improved defense that’s only given up one touchdown in five of the last six games. This team very much looks the part of a top-10 squad in the country.

Noting Pitt: The Panthers are enjoying a lengthy winning streak of their own — five games. It’s coincided with a switch to true freshman quarterback Mason Heinstschel. Pitt has looked like a different, more explosive team with him at the helm. The Panthers also have a menacing defensive line and the No. 3 rushing defense in the country, but Heinstschel has been sacked 16 times. If the offensive line can’t hold up, Notre Dame has a chance to make it a long day for the home team.
